Hello! I'm Jennifer ... a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified MELT Instructor, Certified Yomassage® Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist, Level 1 Reiki Practitioner, and Certified KinesioTaping Practitioner. 

My massage journey began in 1995 at The Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, FL.  After graduating from the massage therapy program and earning my national certification, I moved back to my hometown of Covington, OH.  Since then, I have continued my studies at the Dayton School of Medical Massage, becoming licensed through the State Medical Board of Ohio in 2004.  During my years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have expanded my skills through various continuing education programs, including The Upledger Institute, The Kinesio Taping Association International, Usui Reiki, MELT Method, and Yomassage®. 

I offer a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Restore Technique, Reiki, and CranioSacral Therapy. In addition to massage therapy, I also offer MELT Method instruction and Yomassage® Therapy in private and group settings.

Following a car accident in 2006, I learned first-hand what it is like to live with chronic pain, specifically whiplash and massive, daily migraines.  Because of my personal experience, I became even more determined to help others suffering from similar injuries. I am certified in treating specific issues of the head and neck, including whiplash, cervical strain, ROM limitations, and headaches/migraines.

I have a real passion for helping people regain health, balance, and pain-free living through the gift of massage therapy and natural wellness! I am on a never-ending journey to learn more about our body’s incredible ability to restore & repair itself. I look forward to walking with you on your personal path to healing!
